I know I'm posting this a couple of days early, but I had a death in the family and may not be able to post on Sunday.  So, I'm posting now so that we can all praise each other and give each other support.

Still sadly sitting in my stall, but not letting that keep me down.  I'm 7 weeks out and the compliments keep coming.  BTW my NUT doesn't want me force feeding to get protein in.  She told me to stick to the 3 meals a day, no snacks and the protein intake will increase with time.  Stay strong and work your sleeves surgery sisters & brothers!

Sorry about the death. It's hard to concentrate on your diet when you have lost someone.

I too had a stall last week, but broke it with 1 1/2 lbs. lost! i'll take that. And yes don't let it keep you down, I didn't!! The compliments are awesome & thats just as motivating!!

I don't weigh til Monday Morning (sometimes Sunday morning), but I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss. Definitely not easy to stay on the diet during all of that.

I'm in a stall and not feeling like I lost anything, but we'll see.

I'm okay with a 1 lb weight loss. Last week I upped my weights a little. I worked out 3 times and didn't walk because of the weather. This week I'm keeping the same weight during cross-training and I'm adding in the eliptical twice this week. I'll also be shoveling my driveway that always looks a lot longer with sonw on it..

I have lost a round 25lbs! My next mini goal is to lose more than I ever did on my own. I don't remember the number but I will just make my next goal 30.
