Holly:  I went well alright... well enough I get to do it again in December with a cpap machine attached.  Apparently I failed ... looks like I have to live with the machine for a while - hopefully just til I lose the weight :)  They say I'll feel better after a good night sleep - I didn't know I felt bad?????

Hi Everyone....I'm Holly. I'm finally a post-op patient, had my surgery 10/13/09 and things are going well. I'm already getting compliments about my weight loss and it's definitely not something I'm used to hearing. I just kinda smile and say thanks modestly.

My highest weight was 370 (at the beginning of the year) and when I had started the program with Dr. Brader, I weighed 364. I lost 30lbs prior to surgery and another 23lbs post-op. Like Dave, I've met some great people online and at the support groups. I'm looking forward to building and developing new friendships.

I live in Lancaster with my husband, son, and 5 month old Siberian Husky pup. If any pre-op patients have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Hi-- my name is Dawn and I am pre-Op.  My surgery date is 11/24 so just under 2 weeks away.  
I weigh 303 today.  My highest recorded was 326 and I know I was higher than that, but never stepped on the scale.  I am excited and nervous about the surgery.

My husband and I live in Spring Grove (between Hanover and York) with our two Shelties.

Hi everyone ........... I'm Dave ........ a pre-op .......... just completed my last supervised weight loss visit on the 11th. I'm anxious to get my package submitted to insurance and get scheduled. My pcp assured me his info would get to Dr. Brader's office by Monday.  Seems like it has taken forever.
I've met some great folks here .......... and at the monthly group meetings. I hope to stay connected, and meet more wls folks. I figure the bigger the network ........ the better my chances are to be successful over the long haul.
