Hello All

I am 5 days from my surgery and I am very nervous.  I am having it done at Hershey by Dr. Haluck.  I started with LGH but my insurance would not cover LGH becasue it was not a "Center of Excellence in Bariatrics" as of yet.  So I transfered up to Hershey.  I have been happy with the program.

I am sure I will be asking a ton of questions after the big day.  Right now I am just plugging away with my liquid diet.  It isn't too bad.  I am just anxious to put something other then liquid in my mouth.

Same here, I don't get on the group a lot, but now that there is more activity I will.  I hope all went well for you, and if you have any questions or need anything this is the place.  Ask away!

I am hanging in there.  I go back to work on Monday.  I can only afford to take 2 weeks off.  I have the option of working 1/2 days if I really get tired.

My energy level is the biggest obstacle right now.  I know if will take time to get back my stamina.  I am getting all my protein in and doing good with the pureed food.  My steri-stripes are starting to come off so I am anxious to get rid of them.

Overall, I feel pretty good.
