BBQ - Sunday, July 15th at 2:00pm

Hi Everyone,

Hope all is well with everyone these days. I wanted to post to remind everyone that I am having a BBQ next weekend at my house.

Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm(ish)

Please RSVP by Friday, July 13th so that I know how much stuff to have!

This is a POTLUCK BBQ. Please bring a dish for the stage of diet you are on right now so that everyone will have at least something to try. Please try and keep it healthy options or protein enhanced (Even dessert can be somewhat healthy).

If you have a great receipe maybe you can bring it for everyone to have so that they can try it at home. We have actually thought of putting together a receipe book so that might a great start.

Please bring a lawn chair if you have one, I have some but may not have enough. We will be outside, but let's get together rain or shine, we can move it inside if we have too.
