February Support Group Meeting

Hi All Niagara People,

I just waned to remind everyone now that I finally have a spare moment that the Niagara Regional WLS Support Group is meeting again.

When: Sunday, February 20th, 2011
Time: 2pm
Where: McBain Community Centre/YMCA, Niagara Falls, ON - ROOM A
What we are Doing:  Zumba (this is just an introduction to zumba, more like a light warm up for about 10-15mins.  So please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Then the instructor will stay and answer questions about fitness.  Then we will continue with our usual discussion and answer questions)

Hope to see you all there....We will ask for a donation of a loonie or twoonie to help pay for the room this time.
