I added a calorie tracker to my phone so if I'm out an about I know what I'm getting.
Except I didn't like that it doesn't take oz. only cups. I guess I should of browzed more when I'm on this site, an today I'm like they really need one of those , and boom there it was.
So I'm learning, slowly very slowly everything that is on here. An I really like it alot, So now I know I'm really getting my proteins now. Very interesting, and it saves the meals, but I think I will still keep track on paper simply because you never know when the power will go out and you have some way to still keep track of things.
As many storms as we have had, anything is possible.
So go to Tools and then look for Nutrition and it will add all the food you eat, it will save it for you and each day you can see how many proteins you have. Play with it so you can learn everything it does. I think you will find it will be a great
