I made it! June 29, 2010 11:44 am Well my first day back was busy, busy Busy. I work for AAA, what do you think people do before a 3 day weekend. They call to make sure they have their road side membership paid up, or they call to make sure their insurance is paid up. So everyone and their brother must be going out of town this weekend. I'm staying at home. Well some where close to home any way.

Be the first to leave a comment.I have to go back to that 4 letter word. WORK!! Yep no more staying up late, no more sleeping in late. The first 3 weeks were hard, but the last 2 were great. I might add that I got alot of stuff done. Cut down 4 bushes. Good news is in that 5 weeks of healing. I've lost a total of 44 lbs. I want to see the scale go to under 300. That will be a joyous day for me. Do you have any idea how long it's been since I've seen that amount. Probably over 15 years. To my friend Jackie your surgery is tomorrow I will be thinking about you! God bless!! Sharon

Be the first to leave a comment.I typed any notes. My daughter is 22 and she had moved to Mississippi, and her fiance is going through some bad stuff and she came home for awhile. It's a long story an it's late. So I've been having fun with her and just enjoying my time with her. I go back to work on Tuesday. Yeah I'm not so much wanting to go but. Oh well. I go back to the doctor AGAIN tomorrow morning. So I best get to bed.

Took mom to Verizon, Took Mom to Waterloo to the DMV for a new handicap sticker that either blew out of the window or was stolen. I have no idea, where it went. Then of course she was hungry. Stopped off and got her Burger King, and you don't have to worry because I didn't get anything. Luckily this is why I sleep late, I just had Oatmeal. LOL I was full. Then drove her all the way back home, and then left again for my lovely Doctors, appt. My incision is not infected. It's still not closed. I was told incisions heal from inside to the outside. An since this one is the one to the top of the stomach, there's less blood flow there and harder to heal. (that's what he told me anyway, and sounds like a good answer to me) So he said it could take up to 2 months to heal. I don't know. That just means I can't get in the water for awhile. After that, I went and bought a brand new porch swing from the Amish for my son and new daughter n laws bridal shower & wedding present. It's a combination gift, I can't afford 2 of them. The bridal shower is tomorrow and dropped it off and set it up, I'm hoping she Loves it, cause if she doesn't I sure want it. After that event, I went to the Y. An walked for 20 min at a fairly decent setting, then I rested a bit, and then I went to the machine that is intimidating. I found out it's name the Elliptical Machine. Tonight I stayed on for 10 min. This one gal was using it OMG, I'm thinking if I ever get to that stage lord, please let me look that good! Alright everyone Sweetdreams, I'm going to bed. Sharon
