C'mon Folks - Where are you?  Don't be shy   Post often,  I've found I only get support from my groups when I'm willing to share.   I'd love to get to know you.  

In a nut shell, I had my lap band surgery 3 1/2+ years ago, had a 30-35 pound gain about two years out, and am now back at goal weight and maintaining.  Who are you?

Hey I am Annette and I am excited to be a part of this new group. I had my surgery on Dec 22, 2008 and have lost 91 lbs. I have been at a stall for the past month. I have had about 3 stalls so far. So nice to meet someone who has lost it, gained and then got it back off! You are a true inspiration! I'm gonna check out your profile, ok? You are welcome to read my story. So what's up? Or should I say "what's hanging?" Let's see: my arms, thighs and chin!~The chin is the one that bugs me the most! I always carried my weight in my upper bod- having more chens than Chinatown! Now I have this turkey looking neck and I am about to order that Contraption they are advertizing on TV that you push up and down with your chin. Wonder if it works? I mean heck, you can only say your a,e,i,o and u's so many times a day!
