Hello Northeast Ohio VSG'rs
How has everybody been doing?  Does anybody want to share where they are in the journey and what their success and challenges have been?  Maybe we can help each other out!  I'll start.  I have just passed my 7 month mark since my life changing surgery!  I am very happy with the results so far...I'm almost at 100 lb loss (97.5 to be exact!!).  My biggest challenge is dealing with the slowed weight loss...it was so nice to see several lbs lost every week and now I have to rejoice at sometimes only a half a pound or 1 lb....I have about 20 lbs to go.  I'm really scared of gaining weight back...I think about that alot.  I'm also have some extra skin that I'm wondering if I can tone or will need plastic surgery.  My areas of concern are my arms, stomach and breasts (I think they are going to reach the ground one of these days!!).    I've heard plastic surgery recovery is very painful and very expensive!   Who else wants to share?!!

 I'm so sorry...I set up this group and then kind of got busy and forgot about it.  How are my NEO VSG'rs doing?   Lets try to get this group going and help each other out!!!
