It's that time of year again!  We are taking names for those of you that are interested in being part of our Sanford Weight Loss Surgery team.  This year we don't have the man power to get a group together to train, but if some of you would like to form your own training group that would be a great idea!

The T-shirt design is yet to be determined.  If you have a clever idea please let me know.
