Can't believe I only have two days left! Finished my bowel prep and am heading for Wichita Falls in about 2 hours! My medical bracelet shown I ordered from My Identity Doctor on Etsy. It has a small tag which I had specially made! The back has Gastric Bypass Patient, NO Blind NG, NO NSAIDS, NO Sugars and an I.C.E. Contact. I also got a Lauren's Hope bracelet to fashion it up a bit!

Just thought it would be nice if you knew of other options than a just plain old boring bracelet.
