Healthy Choices

Hi members! Just wanted to send a quick update! I've been on a super health kick! I've been making great choices with my foods and exercising daily. I have been eating a load of veggies and getting my protein in with my hot chocolate drink. Twice a week I've been hiking and then working out three times a week! I'm excited for this new lifestyle and am going to work hard at keeping it up!
