I am a month out but I am still doing full liquids because I chose to extend the phases :)
I usually have premeir protein shakes, broths, unjury chicken soup flavored protein powder, etc to total 70-90 grams protein and under 800 cals :)

I've been eating the Bariatric Advantage multi chewables. I can force them down. But when I tried their lozenges, chocolate flavored, i couldn't stand them. They're huge and have the consistency of chalk. Today my nut had me try a Bariatric Advantage chew bite for calcium. It was raspberry flavored and it tasted like candy! It was sooo good. I have to order them online, but I highly recommend them. They also come in chocolate and lemon flavors.

OMG seriously... I could not just stall like everyone else... I went UP FIVE POUNDS!!!
Grrrr.....

Seriously?!

Arg!

I know it's part of the process and hopfully it means I am properly hydrated and all that but it just freaks me out because I stalled for a whole year trying all sorts of stuff before surgery so of course i am one of those that thinks I am going to be the one that the surgery does not work for....

Does 3-week stall mean that the stall start in the 3rd week after surgery or that it the stall lasts for 3 weeks?

Hi - yes I had a 3 week stall and now at my 5/6 week stall !

Think it's just the body catching up - I think you just have to keep with the programme - concentrate on good protein, keep up the fluids and keep on walking/exercising.

It worked for me at 3 weeks out and am sure it will continue to work for me now.

I have started to pay more attention to what I am eating and am now logging everything so that is helpful to start learning properly out sources of protein and carbs etc.

I also went in-line skating for the first time this morning which was fun - even though I did provide entertainment for the gardeners !  First time I've been on skates since I was at school !

Am sure you will start losing again soon.

Debbie

I think I am still in a 3 weeks stall. Today is my 1 month surgiversary. I have lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. Everything I have read on here says if you change something up, add protein, lower carbs, more exercise, or change routine; it should start again. I am hopeful
