Somehow I can't seem to whip up the same enthusiasm for Monday that I have for Friday.    But we can't have Friday without first having Monday so guess I'll just enjoy the day whatever it's name is.

EXERC ISE:  Stairs and walking

FOOD:

      Whole flax seeds - 90
S - HW choc drink - 80
      HW choc drink - 80
L - Hormel White & Dark Turkey - 140
      Kraft ff Miracle whip - 45
      Finn multigran thin crisps - 40

S - HW mango mingle - 160
D - Dining On The Go jumbo beef burgers - 300
      Del Monte french cut green beans - 70
      Green Giant asparagus spears - 70

Hi Happy,

As usual, you are so, so, so right!  Just like there are thorns to have roses, we must have Mondays to have Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays!!  LOL.  I love how you think.

Exercise:  Wii Fit Plus, Advanced Step for 1 hour

Food:

2 scrambled eggs with 1 piece high fiber toast
String cheese
Salad with grilled chicken, bell peppers, veggies
Spray Italian dressing
Signature Grilled Tilapia (Gorton's fillets)
Kay's Naturals Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Apple
