Somehow I can't seem to whip up the same enthusiasm for Monday that I have for Friday. But we can't have Friday without first having Monday so guess I'll just enjoy the day whatever it's name is.

Salad with grilled chicken, bell peppers, veggies
Spray Italian dressing
Signature Grilled Tilapia (Gorton's fillets)
Kay's Naturals Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
