July 13th it is

This week I got my insurance approval and have my surgery date.  It will be July 13th.  I am 49 years old.  My highest weight was 358.  I was 324 when I started my approval journey last summer.  My last appointment I was 284. 

Now I just need to get through this next month without regaining anything.

Congratulations!  You're doing exactly what you need to do to have your surgery.  Look at what you've lost already in preparation for your surgery.  You're going to do very well.
