Dreams that you think will never happen and do!

I am constantly amazed at the power we have to fulfill our dreams that are most important to us. It is interesting to see how your life can change so quickly.

We must become aware of our dreams. Never did I think I would write and teach an OH Bariatric Coaching Workshop and then become an instructor at Bariatric University. I know for me, sometimes I don't want to acknowledge dreams because they seem too far out. I want to protect myself from the disappointment of dreams that feel impossible.

In addition to teaching the ObesityHelp Basic Bariatric Coaching Workshop, in alliance with Bariatric University, I am an instructor at Bariatric University's Bariatric Coach Training course. I would never thought that would happen. When I reflect back on things in my life, I can see how cir****tances linked together to result in some way such as an instructor at BU or my position with OH.

You never know what is going on today will serve a purpose for you in the future. For me, I can see how that happens a lot in my life.

One of the BU classes starts next Tuesday that I will join as an observer and the class I'll co-instruct is on Monday, Oct. 20th. I'm so excited and still unbelieveable to me.

Dream on because we never know when those dreams will be our reality in our lives!
