I am ready for some healing. I need God's help to even recognize my
hurt and call it what it is.
Then I can turn to others to help me in this healing journey.
Thanks Tink
Love you~

I'm in the Colorado mountains. Walking and looking at the golden aspen. I love walking in fall. The crisp air and beautiful leaves.  It feels good to move my body with 80+ pounds gone. Thanks Jazzy for your encouragement to move.
Hugs~

I'm excited for you. You will soon be on the other side of surgery and in for the journey of your life. I am so glad I did the surgery. It has been hard at times but well worth it.
Be encouraged and take one step at a time.

I just got off the gazelle and will pedal away tonight.

NSV today.  While at the drs office they wanted xrays of my leg.  I had to lay on a hard x-ray table flat on my back.  I was able to do this for about 10 minutes without any problems breathing.

Good morning,

I had a good last w/o w/trainer yesterday.  We did upper and lower , so today I will do all cardio and the abs machine.

What about you, what are you plans for today to move closer to your goal?

Topic: HEALING
When you are sick and tired of feeling/walking around angry, bitter, hateful, tight in the body, unhappy and whatever else that you are feeling ….you must take the first step to be healed..   *some people do like it, because it is an excuse for them & their behavior*  (manipulating spirit)   Healing is available and waiting for you. I believe recognizing you hurt is the first step and seeking help is the next step and Healing is to follow.     THANK YOU BRE- I WANTED TO SHARE WITH MY GROUP

I did my usual 25 min on the gazelle this morning.  Once I rest for a little while, I will get on my peddle machine.  I will probably take the morning off tomorrow as i go back to my orthopedic dr.

Forgive yourself.

You've had a tough road. Being obese was miserable. And you probably felt you were to blame, and that you should have been able to lose the weight and keep it off on your own. Maybe you understand the truth now:  Obesity is a disease with many contributing factors. It is not a sign of a weak will. It is by far one of the most challenging and devastating diseases with which to deal.

Forgive yourself for your imperfections, and encourage yourself as you embrace your new lifestyle. WLS is not a cure for obesity, but it is a great opportunity. You'll be able to take much better advantage of it if you are not beating yourself up all the time.

Action for the day: In your journal, write a letter of forgiveness to yourself. Tell yourself you understand how hard it's been, and that you are ready to finally forgive and move on.
