You know what I do each morning. Knowing that God knows my medical conditions , I pray to him .. OK Father .. you know I hurt , so how can I do your work if I am in pain ? My prayer to you is to ask for your loving grace to remove the pain so I can get out there and share your love and your word .
Recently my days are getting better , the pain is not as bad and I am managable . But I do have days that are unbearable . But I do ask .
I have some people I know who ask me ( NON Believers ) How can you believe in something you cannot see ? My answer is ... you can't see natural gas can you > Then I tell them about all the times that God has spared my life .. Whether they believe me or not , atleast I have done what God has instructed tio do and that is tell the world about his Son.

Topic: MyNetDiary *** Is there an Iphone App for OH?***
Hey everyone,
About a week ago, I stumbled across an Iphone app called MyNetDiary. I love it. It has many of the same tools found here on OH for logging meals, meds, vitamins, exercise etc., but it goes with me everywhere I go. I think it would be great if OH had an app for the Iphone and other smart phones. Does anyone know if OH is going to create something like this so that we can have it with us where ever we go? Just wondering.

More along the lines of what this does, is sometimes there are links we might click on, unknowingly. Those "harmless" looking links, then load the web page and puts a tracking malware on your system. this malware then uses a key stroke logger to obtain your user id and password. Then they get into your web based email account and start sending out emails to all your friends.
Just had this happen to a friend of mine, they even logged in their IM program, and started asking friends for help/money. Luckily my friend caught on to this quickly, and got things fixed. The hackers changed, the contact email address, the security questions, and passwords. Also deleted all contacts and emails in the account. At least contacts were saved, and she was able to reset everything.
Can't hurt to be too careful.

I'm here for you any time. Please know that - call, email what ever. Car runs good too LOL. You have been there, a kind ear for me, allow me to be that for you too if you would so like.
But it is good that you are aware of your stressors, and haven't turned to habits that are not healthy. Being aware of it, is so important, and a good thing. Its when we get mindless into doing something can get us in trouble.

Annie, I'm so sorry for your loss and for this difficulties you are going through. I'll be keeping you in my prayers. I've had some difficulties over the past few years as well, and if it weren't for God's love I don't think I would have made it through!

Dear Ones,
This last week has been a hard one. Last week my beloved golden retriever- Pearl Joy died from cancer. My sister had cardiac surgery. My husband's job has made for huge stress for him and then in turn for me. I've felt alone, afraid and depressed. I think for the most part I've not eaten my stress & sadness. I'm surprised but know it could be tempting tomorrow. I think I've allowed myself to feel which I think has helped. I know we all go through seasons. I'll make it through with God's help. Thanks for listening.

Thanks for this great reminder. Forgiveness of self is so hard. I can quicker forgive others before myself. I need to allow grace in my life for myself and others.
