I appreciate that, I just arrived home from Phx AZ this morning. I haven't been to the gym or exercised in over 2 weeks. I am Feeling it. So tomorrow I will be heading to the gym, it never felt so good to be home and back to my routine.

Congratulations on your weight loss. You have done wonderful. I am sure you will meet your goals . Just let nothing stand in your way.
I am almost 7 years post op , I have had most of my plastics . If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to ask me . Besides being a support group leader here , I am also a Bariatric Life coach .. so I am an open book for anyone that wants it .
I wish you nothing but success... !!

Howdy ya'll!
Thanks for letting me join the group! I would love to get more tips towards reaching my goal... which I just lowered :) I have lost over 300 pounds towards my goal and still have over 150 to lose... some of which will just have to be cut off! I am entering the next phase of my journey, having cosmetic surgery in Jan, hopefully is all goes well! Can't wait to meet all of you and broaden my support basis!

No she is not overweight, she had a hysterectomy. So big sis had to be here for her. She is doing well.
