Movement is essential in getting those giggly parts in check.  I think you have to find what works best for you.  I tend to be lazier when I try to work out at home so the gym not only has great equipment, but it serves as the perfect motivator.  I love cardio work but I think in order to get the jiggly parts toned strength training is the best.  Nothing against the Wii fit because it is fun, but I think the best bet to shape my thighs is heading to the gym.

It sounds like you are doing awesome. Tak it easy at work. Rest when you can. Keep up the great work. It is worth it.

Congratulations on your success, I have more energy now and I am feeling better all the time.  I get to return to work tomorrow, we'll see how my energy does with that.

Without meds blood sugar is steady at 100.  I am hoping my blood pressure meds will be next to go!  I suspect as the weight continues to drop that will happen as well.  I am tolerating foods well.  I got to have solid food today and had no trouble.

Thanks,
Bruce

I will try to check it out. I think you can watch episodes after they are on TV. Maybe if you go to A&E online you will be able to see it.
Hugs~

Congratulations Bruce,
I'm so glad your surgery is done and you are now onto the soft foods. You will be thrilled with the amazing journey you are on. Just one meal at a time, one day of movement at a time. I'm glad you have good support, that is very important. You will feel better as each week passes.
I had RNY 12-21-09. At my 1 year mark I had lost 102 pounds. I am 4 pounds to my goal. I'm not on anymore diabetic meds, my arthritis is improved and I feel better than I have in a very long time. For me this has been a dramatic life changing opportunity, that I get to work on for the rest of my life.
Blessings
Annie
