I really did need this during my time of healing , I hope it helps you too ,

Motivational Quote - “Life is not easy for any of us, but what of that? We must have perseverance and, above all, confidence in ourselves.
SparkPeople Translation

We all come across obstacles, some anticipated and some unexpected. Every last one of us has faced some sort of difficulty in our lives. How did you approach this? Did you avoid it, allowing the problem to get bigger? Or did you go at it with full force, ready to conquer it? Perhaps once in a while an obstacle will disappear on its own, but don’t count on it. Usually, it’s going to come down to you to make it happen. But with hard work and the right attitude, you have everything you need to reach those goals. Try and look forward to the next time a roadblock comes your way; instead of an obstacle, think of it as a challenge. Then get after it!

Good point sessa.  The bible says be quick to listen and slow to speak...I think its a growing process in this thing called Life but something that should be practiced every day!

Boy do I have problems with both sides of that coin.
I find when I get too emotional I need to keep quiet and think before I speak and likewise not be afraid to have a different opinion.
I always remembered the saying it is better to remain silent and keep people wondering if you are a fool than to speak  and remove all doubt from their mind.

Topic: RE: INTRODUCE YOURSELVES PLEASE
Hello all
I am Jen. I had gastric bypass surgery June 6 2007 and have lost 110 lbs. Thank God I have not had any complications.
Married to my soulmate Leo for 9 years, I'm a proud Navy wife. Together we have 3 grown kids.
I am guilty of not participating in the group on here. I have been having mental health issues (after 7 years my meds stopped working. I am now on a combo that is helping)

Oh and Nat...I always need you!

Topic: RE: Spring is Coming...Are You Ready?
Oh God Dream, I cant wait for the spring so that I can take off the heavy coats and boots for a while.  I miss the cute spring and summer dresses with the wedge heels.  All this hard work of getting the body I wanted and needed, spring is the perfect payoff to show it off.  So ready for the change of seasons in the worst way..
