Good morning.. I'm new to this site as well, I hope I can achieve the same results as you Tink... I just had my surgery two weeks ago, I had VSG. I'm doing fairly well, I'm having trouble getting my proteins down.. really can't stand the taste of my protein powder, can't stand the chalky taste to it. I've lost 25 lbs so far..
