Do you think that it takes years and years to accomplish great things? Maybe in certain instances this is true, but magical things can happen each and every day. We can’t be guaranteed that tomorrow will come, but we can be guaranteed that if we work hard, we can make a difference in other’s lives. Is this something that you think is important to achieve while you have the chance, while you have the means and the energy? Then do it. Don’t wait. Do it every day of your life.

Welcome Bonnie,
I so remember those days before surgery. It is busy, overwhelming with such wavering emotions. I wavered between peace and anxiety. I'm almost 5 months out and am so glad I had my surgery. Physically is wasn't too bad, emotionally it was harder dealing with all the food issues. Take one day at a time, be patient with yourself. Do you have good support?
