Topic: RE: GIMME YOUR BEST WOW MOMENT
Well for me, I must say just recently I was in a Talent Spring Idol Contest with some very stiff competition.  The judges judged on Appearance, Stage Prescence, Vocal Ability, and Charisma and there were 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

They annouced the third place winners who were tied, then the 2nd place winner who had an amazing voice, then they annouced the 1st place winner who would walk away with the $1,000 prize.  When the MC annouced "SABRINA" I nearly fainted and cried tears of joy in unbelief!

It was truly an awesome "wow" moment for me and I simply got to thank God for it all!!!!

Topic: RE: Your Biggest Struggle ..,
My struggle is an old habit of mine, making a point to eat. I tend to not eat even when I'm hungry. Stress is working me like a field slave and lately I've been allowing it to thwart my protein intake.  So I skip meals, but unfortunately, I end up trying to make up for it later in the day/night. Its a crazy cycle.

I'm glad it isn't affecting my fluid intake or I would be a dehydrated chick again.

I'm slowly getting back on track, but it is very difficult.

Topic: QUOTE FOR THE DAY ...
Motivational Quote - Excellence is the result of caring more than others think wise, risking more than others think safe, dreaming more than others think practical, and expecting more than others think possible.
SparkPeople Translation

Being average is okay. Mediocrity is tolerable. But what are you doing to go above and beyond the call of duty? What are you doing to make yourself stand out in a positive light, or to make the lives of those around you easier? If nobody ventured out into new and exciting things or ideas, nothing would ever change. The world would continue to exist with nothing improved. The great thinkers and dreamers throughout history strived for excellence, strived for ways to change the earth. So attempt grand things. Dream your dreams, and then live them out. Expect a lot out of life.

I have a pedometer and I have to figure out how to set the thing up. I think it would definitely help me keep aware of how much I move throughout the day.

Great Job!!

Congratulations Molly~
10 pounds in one month is great. Keep up the good work and I am behind you to meet your June goals. I'd like to hear about the positive self talk. I struggle with the all or nothing attitude.
Hugs
Annie
