I do use the Health tracker for my weight/measurements and food journal. I really like & need the accountability of the food journal. I need to write on my blog more often. I will work on doing that.
Have a fun & safe cruise. We'll miss you~

I have noticed that people know what to say when you are doing good but are at a lost as to what to say when I am struggling and need advice or help. That is why I love posting here because I get needed feed back when I am not performing well and that is what I need. I don't use the tracker here but I use my blog and I am in several groups and believe me this group is one of my favorites because I get so much feedback. Some groups I get nothing at all so I can tell the difference for sure.
Again have a wonderful Cruise!!! Bon Voyage Tink!!! Keep up the good work you do here with OH.com!!
You do an awesome work and I really appreciate it!!
Hugs,
Molly

I have been slacking in this department as well , as I am so busy sometimes. So today I have vowed to begin to update as much as I can .
When I first started OH , OH was very new , yourng and they where tying all sorts of new ideas . Our profile did not look like it does today. If you did niot know how to write in HTML ... YOU where pretty much lost .
So today I am going to update my jounral and do it as many days a week I can . With me getting reaay to leave on vacation I will not be ablle to do it very much. I do plan on updating you all on my adventures while at sea. .
Oh has added a Food Tracker , Health tracker .
How many of you use this ?
So can I count on my group to start updaing their journals in your profile ?
I am starting today .
Happy Monday , I hope you all survived the Food from yesterday's picnics. I have never seen so many hambergers and hotdogs in my life .
Have a great day ,
Hugs,

Since I have had surgery, my health seems to be headed in the wrong direction. I finally got someone to listen to me that I have been having problems with my foot from the previous fall. So, after that person got done manipulating the foot, I am in a lot of pain to walk. The latest is my meds have slowed down my heart. I an now not able to do any exercise etc. Even the slightest activity raises my blood pressure and lowers my pulse. Plus, I am expected to go back to a very stressful job within the next couple of weeks. I just don't know what to do at this time and would appreciate any suggestions.
Snk,
This sounds like something a doctor would need to look into . No one here is a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. It violates our TOS .
Please seek medical treatmemt as soon as you can .
Hope you get well soon ,
Tink

Donkey In The Well Story
Here's a favorite motivational story. It's been around the Internet for awhile and I don't know the author. There's a good message here . . .
One day a farmer´s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old and the well needed to be covered up anyway, it just wasn´t worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone´s amazement, he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer´s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off.
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well, is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step upward!
