I CAN'T EXERCISE BECAUSE ???

Here is your Leader Handout for the week. 
Exercise .. it is the key component for weight loss. If you think that diet alone is going to do it .. well I am here to tell you , you must exercise.  If you are having trouble finding an exercise that works for you , let me know ... I have all kinds of hints on how to burn some calories.

I concur that exercise is very important--I speak from experience.  I have tried to lose weight without exercise and I have tried withou****ching what I ate . . .  Neither was effective long-term without the other.  I learned to discover exercises that I liked because I love the way it makes me feel and look in combination with my diet, it is a lifestyle change!
