Welcome.  I'm a month post op and lost 13%. Nevous is normal.  So are your other emotions.  Just make sure you take some time for yourself after surgery.  Get your husband to help as much as possible.  YOu'll do great.  It's the start of your new life.

Welcome Bobbie!  This is a great forum to help you.  I know that it has helped me from daily inspirational quotes to finding ways to get enough protein.
Today, I thank God for this beautiful body and all the creations of this earth, for the blessings I am given and reminding myself that I will honour God and His creations and myself by consuming only enough to sustain life.
