STRESS AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT How many times are you trying to jungle 20 things at once .. getting the kids out the door for school , packing lunches .. planning grocery list .. etc .. Stress can lead to stress eating . Sometime in our life I am sure if we where stressed we reached for that comfort food to get us through. We can no longer keep that attitude or habit . This handout will address this and hopefully give you some insight on how to beat the stress monster . For me when I am stressed.. and want to eat .. I go turn on the radio and dance .. it helps me to forget that longing for that food and I am getting exercise .
