BULLETPROOF FOR WEIGHT REGAIN ..

Here is your weekly hand out . Bulletproof for Weight Regain.
I fight this daily .. and I refuse to go back. If you find yourself in regain . You may need to start taking a look at your habits .
Keeping a food journal is one way I keep up with my food intake ..
Exercise .. it never ends .. you must do this ...
Water , Water , Water .. it is so good for you ... and it helps to keep your motabolism running.
Discuss with your doctor .. he or she may be able to help you pin point what is going on .
and .. NEVER GIVE UP ... you are too important and have come to far now to go back .
