Forgive me Sleeve for I have sinned
I posted this on another forum and thought this would be a great thread where we all can confess our "sleeve sins" and get help, encouragement, or ideas to prevent "sinning'
So... my confession of the week...I brought some "snacks" for the kids because I got a great deal on them (not the best reason, but I rarely buy any type of "junk" food).
Here it goes...I found out that Pringles go down fairly easily......I stopped myself after 10, maybe 12 chips and havent touched it since then. I have made a commitment to myself not to touch them again and at the same time monitor the amount my children consume.
My other demon is cheese...I LOVE CHEESE!! I know its a decent food but in large quantities can be dangerous. I am keeping my self to a 1/4 cup a day so the scale keeps moving downward! but it is hard...Many a times-I have snuck into the fridge and grabbed a pinch of cheese... So I am working on enjoying it but limiting it!
I feel better and anyone in the same boat? I would be happy to hear that I am not the only one and maybe we can find ways to keep on succeeding!
Thanks for reading...
