Tomorrow is my 1 year mark. I have lost 102 pounds with more to go to goal. I feel better than I have in years. I've gone from a size 22 to a loose 10. I am different on the inside as well as the outside. I have more confidence and self love. People respond differently to me but I think a huge part of that is how I feel about myself. OH and you have been such an encouragment. Thanks
