OH Has put together a barrage of tools we can use to track our progress . How many of you utilize these tools? If not , do you see a way these tools could help you in your journey ? I challenge you today to find one you can use and tell us about how it can help you  , then keep us posted on how it is working for you.
I have been with OH for almost 8 years , and OH has really changed, they have gone over and above to assist us . Don;t let these tools go to waste.

Hi Tink,
I really like and use the OH tools. I esp like the nutrition tracker. I do much better with my eating plan when I enter ALL my food & drinks into the tracker.
Thanks with a hug~
Annie

After I first had the surgery I used the Nutrition Tracker frequently.  Then the impact of the surgery hit me, then school started, and somehow I injured my back... I haven't used it with any regularity since. I'm not ready to take that challenge with the nutrition tracker, but I will use the activity tracker and hopefully work up from there.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Update - I'm using the Activity Tracker tool on a regular basis.  It has not transferred over to the nutrition tracker though.  After I added today's activities, I went to the nutrition tracker and tried to put in my food for the day.   Figuring out the calories for different meals always throws me.  For instance, we ate dinner out and I had about two serving spoonfuls of a 'pork asparagus special'. Trying to figure out the calories/nutrition in that overwhelms me and I give up.  How do you record these types of meals?  Do you estimate the calories or just document what you ate without any specifics? The perfectionist in me is probably making this more difficult than it needs to be.

Found it a little complicated to get started, but can see how much value it will add to record and track.  Keeps me responsible and truthful.  Not comfortable yet with the search engine for finding the foods.  Seems it returns so many options that aren't a match.  Find myself creating my own favorites to.  Not sure how others use the tool, but hope it gets easier with time.
