Thinking About Goal Setting Yet ?

With the Holidays upon us , have any of you began to plan your goals on how to manage your meal plan during all of the holiday functions ? 

As for me , I do plan on cooking , I just plan on eating from a smaller plate. I also have some dishes that I make that are /sugar free and or Weight Loss friendly .
My goal is to attempt not to gain anything . And to incorporate more exercise into my day .

How about you ... do you have any goals or any changes you have made since you have had wLS handling the holidays
?

My goal is continue doing what I'm doing, 100 oz of water, protein first, vitamins and work on more consistent exercise. I'm also not going to beat myself up if I don't do it perfectly.
The holidays are NOT about food. This will be my daily reminder.
I will step up my accountability.
