Week of 11-14-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Good morning,

I hope all had a good weekend!

I am planning to go to the gym, to do maybe an  upper body workout and ride the bike for 30mins.  My lower back is giving me problems again so I'm a little uneasy about what I'm going to do.

What are your plans to move your body towards your weight loss goals?

Hi Jazzy!

My plan this week is to get to the gym at least 3 days and do Leslie Sansone DVD 2 days before next Monday.  Thanks for checking.  I am going to be madly busy the next 3 weeks but I have to squeeze in my workouts somehow.  It is what I do, right?

Good morning everyone,

I won't be going to the gym again tonight. I have missed 1 1/2 week of going to the gym due to unforeseen cir****tances, and tonigth I am preparing to leave for vacation tomorrow until the 27th. I am feeling the lack of exercise.

I had my 3rd weigh in appt last nite and I still lost 6lbs, so I was very happy about that. I do believe it is because of being consistent @/the gym for me. I don't lose weight easily, so exercise is a must for me.

With all that said, while on vacation I will watch my diet and try to incorporate moving my body as much as possible.

What about you? what are your plans for today and the next week for moving your bodies.

Lets continue to encourage each other I will see you on the 27th.

I have been walking and using my gazelle this week.  Just to encourage you, Jazzy, I just got back from vacation.  A long walk with different scenery, helped me to move.

I appreciate that, I just arrived home from Phx AZ this morning. I haven't been to the gym or exercised in over 2 weeks. I am Feeling it. So tomorrow I will be heading to the gym, it never felt so good to be home and back to my routine.

It is cold and icy out so I'll be indoors. I (kind of) want to go to the Y for the machines. I do have a recumbent bike and treadmill at home I need to get on. I've been less disciplined about exercise over the last month. Why oh why is exercise so hard for me?

Have a great vacation Jazzy!!!  Congrats on 6 pounds lost !!  

I ended up skipping the gym this week but I workout at home with Leslie Sansone and she has very good effective programs.

Tomorrow I am going to take the dog for a long walk and throw the frisbee for her. I want to lean how to hike . There are so many mountain ranges around here so i am going to begin looking for a trainer who can prepare me for this.
I have been so sick here latley and my upper body strenght is gone , and to hike and rock climb you must be strong in these areas .

I always dance every fday in my living room , that will not change , but I need a new change of pace .
