Week of 11-7-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Ok guys, this is a start to a new week.  Lets participate

I plan to go to  gym, and  do an upper body workout and cardio for 30mins.

I went to the gym yesterday and did my lower body workout. 

What are you plans for the day?

Good morning everyone,

This is not turning out to be a good week for me as far as exercise is concerned.  Due to the ineptness  of the people that I am dealing w/ I have to return and continue to take care of some business, which is severely cutting into my gym time.  So again tonight I will miss the gym.


What are your plans to move your body today & tomorrow, I will be off.

Hi Jazzy,
It was not a good week for me regarding exercise. I'm not giving up or in.
I'll start again tomorrow.
