Week of 10-31-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Good morning all,

I hope everyone had a good weekend


For me it will be day 2 of 5 for this weeks goal.  I plan to do an upperbody workout and 20-30 mins of cardio.  I started w/gym on Sunday w/ an intenselowerbody workout, it was great.

What are your plans for the day? please share!

Tonite is cardio for 45mins, on the bike or treadmill.

Last nights workout was great!

I plant to go to the gym & do 35min cardio & some light weight training.
