Week of 10-25-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?
Good morning everyone,
I hope all had a wonderful weekend.
My goal for the week is to workout for 5 days, I started yesterday w/ lower body workout @gym w/my gym partner. Sunday is my favorite day @gym, you basically have the gym to yourself.
Today will be an upper body workout w/the weight machines, and some cardio on the bike.
What are your plans for the day?

This is going to be a dim week for me . I just got out of the hospital again . Bleeding ulcers.
I may take some walks .. but other than that .. I have to take it easy .
