Week of 10-25-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Good morning everyone,

I hope all had a wonderful weekend.

My goal for the week is to workout for 5 days, I started yesterday w/ lower body workout @gym w/my gym partner.  Sunday is my favorite day @gym, you basically have the gym to yourself.

Today will be an upper body workout w/the weight machines, and some cardio on the bike.

What are your plans for the day?

Hi Jazzy,
My plan for the week is to walk every day and do some stretching/flexability exercises.

This is going to be a dim week for me . I just got out of the hospital again . Bleeding ulcers.
I may take some walks .. but other than that .. I have to take it easy .


Keep up the great inspiration ... You ROCK MY WORLD when I see these post ...

Hi guys,

I plan to do cardio @the gym, about 45mins.

Yesterday, my gym partner and I did 35mins on the eliptical and some medicine ball workout.

What are your plans for tonight.?

What are your plans for today and the weekend?

Today & Sat are my days off, but I plan to go dancing  tonight, so I will be moving
