Week of 10-17-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Good morning Everyone,

I hope all had a good workout day yesterday!!  What are your plans for today?

I'm going to the gym, I will ride the bike for 30min & do some arm workouts.

Yesterday's workout went pretty well even though my partner was not there.

I walked today which is my usual default movement plan. It's better than nothing.

I did go to the gym, and I did mostly cardio, and I was lacking in my arm workouts so I did some biceps curls. 

I am so glad that you are walking.  It is a great default plan.

Lasts nights workout was great!  All cardio,


I plan to do all cardio today also, I will go on sparkpeople.com to get some new workouts w/kettle ball, and the medicine ball.

Good morning everyone,

I plan to go to the gym and do cardio, bike about 45min.  

Yesterdays gym day was great.  I did 35 mins eliptical, and a  medicine ball exercise that the trainer showed me. 

What are your plans for the day!  please share

Last nights workout was good.   I did the incumbent bike for 35mins and the ab machine. 
It was my 5th day of w/o for the week.  Today and Saturday are my days off from the gym.  I will hopefully start again for next week on Sunday.

What are you plans for today and the weekend to help you get closer to your goal?

Good job on your workouts Jazzy!! I have been very busy this week so I was not able to psot as often. Then the few times I tried OH.com kept making me re-log in and I got frustrated with that. It seems to have been fixed now.

My goal this week was again to log in 360 min and this week I did not include the weights this week. See below for the week thus far. You have a good weekend also!!

Mon: 35 min bike
Tues: 35 min bike, 30 min elliptical = 65 min
Wed: 40 min Leslie Sasone DVD, 30 min walk = 70 min
Thurs: 0
Fri: 80 min walk
Sat:
Sun:

Week total: 250 min
