Week of 10-10-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

Good morning,

10-11-    1- Monday -   lower body workout.  It was great

10-12-     2-Tuesday -  45min of cardio.  what are your plans for the day

10-13-10  Wednesday

Good morning,

I will be going to the gym and doing an upper body weight training workout.  And I will also do 30 mins of cardio on the bike.  The treadmill hurts my knees, and my favorite, the eliptical hurts my hip!!  I'm a mess. 

What are your workout plans for the day?

Hey guys,

It's nice to see from the replies that we are taking our exercising seriously.  It will only get us to goal sooner and stronger

Lasts nite workout was fabulous,  I really thought that the bike would not be a challenge for me, but It actually was.  I worked up a sweat and my legs were burning by the time I was finished.

Tonight's plan is to do  @least 45mins of cardio and maybe some arm workouts.

What are your plans for today?  please share!

You are amazing. Thanks for your example of faithfulness  in moving your body. I'm always encouraged (sometimes  guilty)  when you give your challenge to move.
My plans for the day - I work for most of the day but  will walk this evening.

That's my intent Annie, If motivation doesn't work, Guilt will get ya every time !  lol.

Released fromthe surgeon from my gb surgery to do aerobics and Monday I can go to the gym for weights.

so I will be on the treadmill today and tomorrow

may try elliptical on saturday if not treadmill again to build up stamina

At least that is my plan LOL
