Still Feeling A Little Weak

I am a little less than two months post op (RNY) and I am still feeling a little weak at the end of the day.  I am eating everything I am told to by my dietitian.  When I bend over to pick up something (like a golf ball) I can feel dizzy and a bit light-headed.  I am getting regular exercise and have lost about 65 lbs so far, but I was wondering if those of you who have been through this before have any experience with this.  I am thrilled with my weight loss so far and am going to keep on till I reach my goal weight.

Any words of wisdom?

I had problems with a lot of dizziness but i can only say what it was for me.  Though many said, it might be because of not enough fluids.  For me, due to the weightloss, my heart medication was too strong and it lowered my pulse too much.  My best suggestion, call the dr's office and see what they suggest.

I hope you are feeling better. I struggled with dizziness & lightheadedness for  several months. I'm almost 10 months out and occasionally still experience it.  In my case my blood pressure was low and my body was adjusting to the rapid weight loss. I needed to drink more fluid, which helped. It  took time.
Hang in there. I'm glad you are thrilled with your weight loss. Keep doing all the right things.
You will turn the corner.
