Week of 10-3-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?

I will hit the gym on Wednesday and do the elliptical machine for a few and then some strength training.  I lead a pretty active lifestyle but it never hurts to keep moving to stay in control of your weight.

Good morning everyone,

10-6-10 Hump day

Unfortunately I was not able to go to the gym as planned yesterday,  I had to stay late @work.  So that means  today's workout will have to make up for it.

We plan to do an intense lower body workout.  And I may try to stay for the Zumba class.

What are your plans for today.?

Hello Jazzy,

Are you working with a trainer?  I had a very good workout today, not as long as I wanted but good all the same!  In order to do what I would like I have to be a the gym between 5 30 and 5 54.  The normal time I get there is a few minutes before six.

Actually, I was working w/a trainer, last week was our last session together.  When I say we, I have an awesome gym partner who is also my BFF.

Today was a really bad day for her.  She hasn't been losing weight lately . (she did not have wls) so I had to remind her of what she has accomplished so far, and that yes we may need to look more closely @ our diets and make some needed changes, but don't  forget the dresses she wore this summer that had been in her closet since her kids were small.  She put a smile on face because of course she forgot about that.

So I hope it helped her.  I'm still very motivated right now, but I know that can change.

Good morning,

Today is upper body work out day. back, chest, shoulders  @the gym.  And 30mins of cardio.

Last nights workout was really great.  I'm trying hard to keep my workouts intense like it was w/the trainer.  So far it's going well.

What about your plans for the day?  what will you do today to move your body.

I am getting my exercise by walking my new dog.... We adopted a German Shepard and she is loving these walks ...

This is what I needed ... God knows what we need when we need it ....

So all week .. I will be at the park .. with my doggie ..

Thursday was another great w/o day.  My gym partner and I are getting stronger each week.

We have been able to increase the weights we are lifting.  It really feels good.

For Friday, It will be only cardio treadmill, maybe the bike and it will be a short workout day.

Today is 5th day of workouts.  I met my goal this week.

How about you?  Have a good long weekend.  I will see you guys on Tuesday 10.12-10.
