Week of 10-3-/ How are we going to move our bodies this week?
Good morning everyone,
I hope all had a good weekend!
As we each try to reach our weight loss goal, I think we all know that moving our bodies more is what is going to get us there faster.
So please feel free to add each day onto this post what your plans are for that day. It will be really encouraging to see each persons efforts for the week.
Have a good week fellow losers!

Sunday was a very good exercising day for me. I walked to church...3.5 miles and then played golf in the afternoon. I found myself getting a little dizzy the second half of the round from bending over to mark and replace my golf ball. The bending and standing up causes a lot of dizziness. Does anyone have the same experience?
I am going to be traveling a lot this week, so I am taking my walking shoes and gym shorts. I have to keep walking!

Hi ohjohnnyb,
When I'm working out in the gym, the trainer told me that if I didn't breathe correctly that I would get dizzy getting up from certain weight machines. I did experience it a couple of times, but I made sure I was always breathing correctly and not getting up too fast. Hope that helps.
Other than that, I'm really encouraged w/ your exercise posts. Thanks
