A nasty habit I have to break.

Well it has been a shaky 2 weeks for me. I have a problem with rewarding myself with food when I lose weight and it did not help that TOM was came right  after I lost 8 pounds.  So I have gained 6 pounds over the last 2 weeks. (I did not weigh in last week so it could have been more) 

My goal is to lose 1 to 3 more pounds by next Monday for my September total. 

If not I am good with the knowledge that I have not gained for the month and will have a loss for Sept which is consistent.  I am not losing what I would like to each month but I am losing something each month.  

I am not going to gain anymore weight this month.

I agree with you...weight is going DOWN. 
It has been a rough couple of days for me and it has really affected me.  I am too early in my journey for this kind of trouble.  Keep your chin up and we will do it together.
So as Jazzy J would ask, what are you doing today to move your body?

Thanks!  Yes we can do this!  I did a 40 DVD today -- one of Leslie Sasone Walking away the pounds

Molly,
You encourage me so much with your continued dedication to being healthy.
Have you lost inches even with not losing and even gaining? Are you exercising? Maybe you are developing more muscle.
I know you already know and have even asked yourself -what can you make a commitment to for reward, instead of food? I too have times where I want to "EAT" for reward, sadness on and on. I try to keep cut up veggies in the frig for those munchy times.
Don't give up, you can do it one day at a time maybe one moment at a time.

Thanks so much Annie for your continue support!!  It means more to me than words can say!! I am never giving up.  Those who succeed never give up!  I am being very patient.  There is not timetable as long as I am progressing.  And I am progressing indeed. 

I exercise 4 to 6 times a week.  No less than 4 times a week.  Yes I am losing inches for sure because I have a good weight training program.  I mix it up.  My biggest problem area is my food habits.  If I ate clean I would be down 250 pounds by now.  Have a good week!

Thanks Bre!!  I ended up losing 5 pounds in September and 1 more pound today!
