MONDAY: How are we going to move our bodies today?

Hi guys,

I will go to the gym and weight train for about 45 mins and do 30 mins of the eliptical machine. 

It's great that we are looking at our movements each day.  It can only bring us closer to our goal.

I also had a NSV this weekend, I went to a wedding and I was able to dance the whole time w/o getting tired.  I know it is because of going to the gym.  It is soo worth it.

What are your plans for today?

Hi Jazzy,

I had an awesome workout this morning.  I did 32 min on bike and 18 min on elliptical and over 40 min weight training.

Monday is my light day so, I will complete about 25 min on my bicycle pedals.
