Hump Day: How are we going to move our bodies today?

Hi everyone,

Bre wrote a blog the other day about how important exercise is on this weight lost journey of ours.  I'd like to start a daily topic of " How are we going to move our bodies each day"  Maybe it will encourage someone to exercise who otherwise may not have thought about it that day.


I plan to go to the gym and w/o w/the trainer and lift weights.  We will probably w/o the lower part of the body, my favorite. 

What about you, what are your plans for today?

As I have trouble walking, I will be putting in some time on my bicycle pedals.

Thanks Jazzy for your encouragement to MOVE. This is the hardest part in my journey. I do not like exercise. I currently do water aerobics 3 times a week and walk at least 2-3 times per week. I also clean my house and garden. I do like to sit & read sometimes!

I had a good workout this morning at gym I did 27 min of walking and 23 min on elliptical and 40 min of weight training.
