I'm currently in a plateau, even though I'm increasing my exercise.  It's very discouraging.  How do you deal with them?

switch up your excercise routine, increase some calories -- do something different....

I double Laura Choi  opinion, change your excersise type, if you walk try swiming, if you swim try tennis and so, just schock your body with something new.
also change your diet, try new things that you dont eat, change your drinking habits  also drinking allot of water will help   and the most important, plateaus are norm but they last some time so don't get frustrated if nothing happened after couple of weeks it might take some time according to where are you in the program WLS program.   Regards, Amr Farouk

Plateau's are a very normal part of this journey. Hang in there. Eat all your protein, drink all your water and keep moving.
Are you taking your measurements? I've found that when I've not lost weight I've lost inches.
Hugs~
