Help needed on GRAZING.
Today and the rest of this week and month, I am going to really work on not eating for 3 to 4 hours. I ate breakfast at 9, so nothing in mouth other than water until noon minimum and 1 the latest.
I have to stop the grazing. So that will be my next project. To stop grazing. I know this is sabotaging me, so I have to get it under control ASAP. I am not aiming for perfection but I need to manage this better.
What have you done to stop grazing if you have had this issue? Any tips and suggestions welcomed. Thanks again for your continued support.

What I have learned to do Molly is to make sure the foods I am grazing on are good for me .
Example : Instead of a potatoe chip ... I reach for Sugar Snap Peas ..
Instead of something out of the machine at work ... I always take with me a pack of pepperoni and cheese sticks . Something easy to carry and something I will enjoy .
Lastly ... I always have something to drink in my hand ,. Water is the best cure for the munchies ... or having that something to drink...it does not always have to be water , it can be Chrstal Lite ... or a Juice with low sugar .
Our bodies still have that sense to graze .. we are animals ... and that is what we do . But be armed .. be ready for when it hits .. have healthy snacks around ,,
