It is amazing how few pictures I have of myself in the "Before" mode. I know Kelly my dietician has one and I will share it hopefully soon. It is my perspective to look in the mirror and say it doesn't look like I have changes still. Others around me tell me I look so much different.
My question to myself is why they didn't say I look so much better... lol Oh Well, there's only so much to work with...
