Plateaus... and Stalls

SWEET Tink

I wanted to send out this article today for those that may be going through plateaus or stalls.
Keep in mind a true plateau happens when you are post op around 6 months out . It last for more than 3 to 6 weeks .
Someone newly post op that has a stop in weight loss is merely your body adjusting to your new eating plan . It has to rebound to adjust to your caloric intake .. your body actually gets scared you may be starving it and will try to hold on to your fat cells .

I never had a plateau , but found that others in my circle that where experiencing this , always upped their protein , water and changed their exercise to break their plateau . This worked more times than not .

I hope this article helps if you are indeed experiencing this .
