been busy

Hey there gang-
 It's been a little hectic this week and thought since I have some time, I will check in. How's things with everyone? I started to exercise this past week and it was fun. Monday and Tuesday, I started walking, I was able to walk 1/2-2miles. Wednesday I wasn't feeling so hot so I made myself walk down to my appt. and back. I felt great afterwards. Thursday I went swimming and  swam 8 laps. It was great but when friday came, I was so sore. My body isn't used to working my muscles. I took the day off. Then today, which is saturday. the weather wasn't great so I skipped. I am looking for some kind of exercise to do indoors so if the weather is bad, I can still work out. If anyone out there has any ideas, hit me up. Thanks. I am making gluten free pasta for dinner. I go get weighed on monday and I pray to lose.
